Mark your calendars! In three weeks, on December 9, 2025, LINAGORA is hosting the OpenLLM Builder Day as part of the apidays organized by the #FOST (Future of Software Technologies).

This dedicated day aims to provide a comprehensive update on truly #opensource #GenerativeAI technologies. It’s a critical gathering for the entire #OpenLLMFrance community—bringing together researchers, engineers, entrepreneurs, and institutional representatives committed to a truly open-source and sovereign AI landscape.

What to Expect:

The day will kick off with an introduction covering the latest advancements in the OpenLLM-France project and new #LLM models currently under development. The main program is then structured into three sessions:

💡 Industry Perspectives: Featuring key insights from leading companies like NVIDIA and Hugging Face.

🔬 Research & Sovereignty: Perspectives from the academic world, with speakers from Inria, CNRS, ANITI Toulouse, and IRT AESE - Saint Exupéry. We will also address the crucial topic of environmental impact with #MensData.

🛠️ Use Cases & Builders Track: Deep dives into practical applications, including:

• Applications in the field of Education, with a special focus on multilingualism.
• Agent-based approaches and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.

This event is a key milestone leading up to the Paris Open Source AI Summit ( #POSAIS), which will take place on January 2026.
